In addition to the excellent hospital facility Jersey Community Hospital now has a WELLNESS CENTER. The JCH Wellness Center is available to assist in keeping you and your employees healthy and well. The Center is staffed with exercise specialists, physical therapists, and fitness instructors to give you the latest information on excercise and healthy lifestyle choices.

The Center offers state of the art cardiovascular equipment, strength circuit equipment, free weights, a lap swimming pool, therapeutic pool, walking track and aerobics studio.

The Center offers the following services: personal training, group exercise classes, lap swimming, family swimming, water exercise classes, childcare, and physical therapy services.
